As a consultant, Catherine has been the virtual development department for several small- to medium-sized non-profits: managing their appeals, carrying out donor cultivation and stewardship activities, training and supporting gift solicitation teams, and setting up simple donor databases until her clients were ready to establish their own fundraising offices.

Catherine has directed capital and major gifts campaigns, co-ordinated fundraising and cultivation events and major conferences, started non-profit groups off in their legacy fundraising, and much more. Her deep connections with church music in the UK - its leaders, educators, practitioners, and donors - provide an invaluable resource to congregations trying to find funds for their regular music programmes or for special appeals.
